First Impressions Coordinator

Judy was born in Salida, CO and came to Valley Fellowship in 1978 when their neighbors invited them. Judy was the ministry coordinator at Valley for quite a few years and currently enjoys coordinating the First Impressions teams. Her favorite hobbies are reading and walking and she’s passionate about making people feel welcomed and loved no matter who they are or where they’re from.

If it has an engine, Micah can fix it - he runs one of the mechanic shops in town and loves helping people solve problems.

Mikki brings joy to any room she is in, knows how to ask great questions, and is a phenomenal cook and baker.

Life Group Coordinator

Ron was born in Chicago, IL, and has been part of the Valley Fellowship family since he and his wife, Susan, moved to Buena Vista over 10 years ago to get out of the city. He works as a civil engineer specializing in roadway design and spends his free time running, eating, and hiking. He and Susan have a Border collie, Yoder, who goes everywhere with Ron. He is passionate about serving others in a defined and tangible way that brings about life-change.

Nursery Coordinator

Makenna was born in Colorado Springs and has been part of the Valley family since the fall of 2022, when a friend invited her to church. As they say, the rest is history. She is currently a full-time student at Arizona State University, where she is finishing her degree in Community Health. She enjoys working out and reading and recently picked up punch needling. She is most passionate about growing in her relationship with Jesus and helping others know and experience His love. She loves working with and shepherding kids, serving others, missions, and creating spaces where people feel known, loved, and welcomed.

Office + Communications Coordinator

Callee was born in La Junta, CO and has been part of Valley Fellowship since 2021 and is on staff at the church full time. She is married to Joe and they have two dogs, two horses, and an indeterminate amount of chickens. Her favorite three hobbies include riding her horse and learning to team rope, walking their dogs, and drinking copious amounts of coffee.

Valley Kids Lead Coordinator

Desiree was born in a small town in California and enjoys chasing her three daughters around with her husband, Ben.
